Wood Bug Science Lab
Our group worked together well, as we had one person recording times, one person timing, and the other managing the rest of the wood bugs. We came up with the idea of how wood bugs react objects with different amounts of moisture because when we found wood bugs in the wild, they were always either underneath objects, or near water. We learned how to make graphs using Excel, then putting that graph into Word. One thing that could’ve went better during this project is managing the wood bugs. They kept escaping, and that caused some confusion when it came to the timings.
Effect of Melting Ice Caps on the Earth’s Spheres
In this project, I researched relatively well, as I quickly found reliable sources and information. However, putting the presentation together was difficult, because I didn’t know where some of my information would go. This slowed me down, and since I wanted to put as much of the information as I could into my presentation. Finding images that related to this topic was also difficult, because there wasn’t much information that you could put with an image. Something I could improve for next time is making the presentation flow more smoothly, since I jumped around a bit with the information I covered.
