Human Impact on Natural Organism System Video and Reflection

By studying about earth science, I’ve learned that toxin in the environment can affect harm on humans. Our video is about fertilizer runoff and lake eutrophication, me and my group members researched as groups these questions. How does the toxin travel through the environment? Where does the toxin build up? What are some solutions for this problem? We searched for the answers and created data table and created this video. I think I was working efficiently, but I did not help other group members. I think it will be important for us if we know more about the environment. The assignment was difficult. If I do these kind of project again I would help my group members more and work more wisely. We used creative thinking for makin the videos.

My Tiggy Hog Experiment and Reflection

This is my Tiggy Hog Experiment, I was kind of confused at the beginning since our had hard time understanding what we had to do, but I think our experiment was successful because we worked as a group very well even though we shared different opinions and our hypothesis was correct. In addition, I think the experiment was successful even though we still have a lot to improve. Overall, I think our group was given the right topic and the experiment was successful. However, we need to improve on working more efficiently and be more organized. I used creative thinking to come with the hypothesis and the experiment and we had to think critically to come with questions.

Reflection

During this assignment, I realized that I have strengths in researching and organizing the data. I enjoyed this experience, because it was very convenient since I could do it any time and anyplace. Also, it was meaningful that I got to share how dangerous digital footprint can be. Sometimes, I found this assignment difficult. For example, when I first got this assignment, I had hard time understanding and building my blog so i could not right down enough information for each question. I think I have improved the ability to detect bias in a source since the assignment was about social media, and I thought a lot of information on social media was not trustworthy and informal. Therefore, I believe that many sources on the internet are biased. Overall, through this assignment, I learned more about myself, family, and culture by writing an autobiography on the blog and how to use social media efficiently and safely for personal footprint which can affect one’s future.
