Digital Footprint
Your digital footprint is very important because important people can judge you by it, like a potential boss, or a school looking to give you a scholarship. You should always try to keep your digital footprint filled with positive things. You have to be very careful of what you do on social media, if you think someone will film you doing something not very smart, you probably should not do it. You should never post anything offensive, because it could haunt you later in your life because nothing ever gets fully deleted on the internet, whatever you say will be somewhere forever.
My digital footprint is very small because the only things that come up about me are some of my previous baseball teams, my times for a bike race I did a while ago and a picture of a baseball under images. I also try to keep all my information and social media profiles private.
If someone came across my digital footprint, they would think I participate in sports because of the websites they found under my name, and as of now, wouldn’t find anything else.
