About me:

Hi my name is Abbie and I am starting my first year at high school. My favourite sports that I play are Soccer, Field hockey, Volleyball, and Ruby. I was born in England and I moved to Canada when I was just 6 years old, I’ve lived here ever since and I can say that Canada is one of the best places to live in the world. In my downtime I love to read and play with my cats Tiki and Slade.

This video showcases England winning in penalty shootouts against Columbia. This video is important to me because it was the first time England have won in penalties since 1996 when England knocked out Spain in the European Championships. Sitting down and watching the shootout on TV was completely nerve recking, but when we won I was ecstatic and jumping for joy. This video gives me hope that one day England will win the FIFA world cup again as they once did back in 1966.

This is my favourite website because I get to shop online without having to go into the store, I can also check to see if the items I want are in the store itself, so I won’t waste my time going down there to find out they don’t have the items I want. This is also my favourite website because H&M is the main clothing store I go to, so its nice to see when different clothing items come out.

This is my favourite image because its where I grew up. I was born in England and I remember visiting Brighton Pier in the afternoons, going for a little walk down the boardwalk. I lived in the town next to Brighton and we would always visit the beach there and eat Ice cream. There is also some rides on the Brighton pier that you can enjoy as well as some carnival games for you to play.
