Social Studies 10 50’s Project
I used lots of critical thinking in this socials project. One of the big ones was sourcing all the information from many different websites about significant events in the 50’s. I has to ensure that all the information was accurate by checking multiple sites, as well as citing my sources to make sure I was not infringing on copyright laws. I also have to sift through lots of information so I had to find out the important points through lots of text. We also used creative thinking as we tried to make our slides interesting and color to make sure the viewer was paying attention to our presentation. If i were to do this project again, I would possibly try to use a Microsoft sway I have never tried it and would like to try to diversify my arsenal of tools to use.
For this project, I was placed in a group with two others, Karsten and Nyah, and we were tasked at creating a a timeline about WWI and what happened during it. These are my notes on the subject as we submitted the final on a poster paper.
