This is critical thinking.
Reflection: I like how I got to choose two essays and compared them to each other and find the similarities and differences. I didn’t like when we can only write two paragraphs which were only on the differences and similarities. I thought that the stories were great and interesting to look and read because even though they were short, they had tons of information of what’s going on and proved the facts and information that I need. I didn’t like that they were two short stories because it might be from a real story and it only has parts from it and when you found the book, it might make the readers lose interested. I wonder if there are any more parts to the stories. The stories had meanings and messages that are sent to the readers and the readers would get hooked and not loose interested or get bored.
Video on Animal Farm
Refection: I thought that the video was interesting because it allows us to write down reasons why the other animals should not be president and why the animal we chose should be president. It also made us write down some reasons and edit before we could videotape and put it together. After we are done videotaping, we had to watch how long each of the videotapes were and decided if we need to redo the videotape again or not redo and it is what we want, before we can say it is completed and we could move on. I feel that the video made us learn how to do teamwork and learned how to put all the recording pieces and pictures together. I learned that the video needs to have teamwork or else there be some parts of the video done, but there the rest are not finished, and we would have to wait for the other people would not have finished being done finish before we can move on the next step and complete our project. I had learned that you need the websites of the pictures that you on the video or else it is copying without permission and no credit to the owner of the websites and pictures. I think that the video can help us to work with others and teamwork.
Refection: I thought the video was enjoyable and interesting because it was exciting to act out the play, record it and be able to write the script in our own ways. It tested our teamwork ability to see if we can work together. It made us ow the work and effort we put in the video exactly like a team. I learned that in order to be ready to perform the play there needs to be teamwork and each individual needs to get their part completed. If there is no teamwork, the play would not be completed in time and that would result in much blaming and many arguments. I feel that the video showed us the way to our success. By having teamwork, we can work more efficiently and much more enjoyable because we all helped each other when needed. By working on this project, it helped improve my teamwork skills and I learned from it. Personally, I think I helped the group by writing a part of the script down.
