Doesn’t really matter+it doesn’t matter

Today has finally got end’d

Dull day was lastly picked up by night

Emotion based on you will be straight ceased

A thing relates to you should be uptight

Anything else in word to you can say

I know this is thy insincere concern

Unreal information thou convey

There has no chance for me to do U-turn

I got all the control of will in hand

None probability to cut my will

The blinder won’t get blinded on my mind

Until one day I will rise up from hell

There is no fluctuation in my heart

For now, it does not matter over me

Name of your poem

Different me in different days

Some days I’m violet purple-

With pensiveness and grief

Like one in a group of lavender, plain and no one cares

Other days I’m sunshine yellow,

Conspicuous and full of joy

Ecstasy, ebullience, and exhilaration consisted together

Get ready to be my friend,

Because today I’m yellow

Two-Toned Poetry

  1. I think my color is dark blue(pensiveness) because I’m a person who takes responsibility
  2. A describes two sides of a person’s personality because of the closing statement,” they’re both me.” B describes the changing from day to day of a person’s mood, as the closing statement, because today I’m red. It shows that the mood of the person in the poem is changing day by day. They do both have a closing statement. Title for A, The real me. Title for B, Every day is me, but every day is not me

Short Story Trailer

Comment for iMovie
It has two sections which is movie and trailer. However, if I chose the trailer section, I could made the video step by step. Moreover, it has the background music already there. That would be easier for us to creat a trailer. The weakness of trailer section is that I can’t add my own voice into it. I have to convert the trailer into movie mood which is complicated. Also, each clip has the settled second. For example, if the clip shows you that it is 1sec, then you can’t make your clip longer than even 1.1 seconds. My opinion for iMovie is that it has both advantages and disadvantages. It depends on how you use it.

Three searching tools

  • Add the quotation marks in front and at the end of the phrase of a book or an article.
  • Using ( – ) to eliminate unwanted search.
  • Using * to replace a missing word.

If you want to search the word “safari” the web browser will come up first. But you want to look for a travel plan down wild Africa.

Instead of looking at places you can travel to Africa. The web browser Safari pop up first.

Using (-) tool to eliminate the unwanted search, then you’ll get the exact information you want.

What is PLN

PLN is kind of a chain that connect you with people who have the same interest as you. You can communicate, and learn with them to enrich each other, because you all have the same topic. You have the PLN with him, and he has the PLN with other people. We can even connect with all the people around the world.

My PLN

My PLN is like a social media, it’s called QQ. I got a group in it. We all chat together and communicate in the same topic. Same interest makes us together, in addition, this is the PLN. In short, I have a large PLN.

Safety poster

Core Competencies Reflection

Here is evidence that I can… strategize, analyze, reason, estimate, model, be creative, visualize, reflect and revise, connect, use mistakes to advance learning, use technology or other tools, extend, reason logically, adapt my ideas, etc.

Core Competency: _______Critical Thinking___safety poster____

For the safety poster, to be creative is an important point. You need to grab everyone’s attention because what you’re doing is a poster. A good way to get everyone’s attention is to be more creative. Imagine a very strange thing and a very ordinary thing in front of your eyes. You are sure to notice that strange thing first. You can also write for some reason because your poster is a reminder of what happens if you don’t do it according to the rules, so you can give some examples. Use them to prove the consequences of what you’re guessing will happen.

Ways I want to improve are…

I think I can add a little more character conversations to my poster, so readers can learn about the importance of complying with security rules based on these conversations. In these conversations, I will also add some consequences if it is not done in accordance with the security rules. I think it’s better to add some negative examples than the consequences of not following safety rules, which can reinforce the impression that people are more able to remember that we have to do things according to safety rules

Wood-bug core competency

Core Competencies Reflection

Here is evidence that I can… strategize, analyze, reason, estimate, model, be creative, visualize, reflect and revise, connect, use mistakes to advance learning, use technology or other tools, extend, reason logically, adapt my ideas, etc.

Core Competency: _______Critical Thinking___woodbug______

In our woodbug project, it is important to communicate with each other. It’s a team job. In the beginning, a thought popped out of my mind, woodbug will go to either the sunny side or the dark and humid side. When I told the idea to my partner, he had another idea. After the communication, we decided to experiment with one of these methods. The one that came from my mind. Most of the students in our class were doing juice experiments, so think our experiment was very creative. In the end, maybe woodbug was afraid that they didn’t move at all. They either shrank into balls or went into the dirt. In short, it’s hard to say if we actually finished the experiment or not.

Ways I want to improve are…

I need to cooperate with my partners more because it is teamwork. In the process of our experiment, I will say, “Let me come here.” I did not give my partners many opportunities to try this experiment. This is a bit selfish, I need to improve. I also need to be more confident. I will actively put forward ideas and suggestions to my partners. In future cooperation, I also need to be polite. Learn to listen to other people’s ideas. I can’t think of it as my own work. I need to work with your partners. I need to be more patient. Sometimes our ideas are inconsistent. We need to be patient to discuss them to see who’s right.

  1. What is your job title? __________ Sightseeing bus dealer________________________________
  2. What is your job description? Provide sales services to buyers in a certain area.

What are the duties and/or tasks you perform at your job? _____Help my mother to sell the sightseeing bus, and provide services to buyers __________________________________________

  1. What qualifications do you have for this job in the following areas:
  2. a) training? ___ Before being a car seller, you have to give out flyers to people attract customers. You also have to learn the skills for sale, like how to make the price higher, how to let people buy a car in your company. First, you need to go outside and try to talk to people. You have to do that because after you become a car salesman, you need to talk to customers a lot. Another important reason why you have to go outside to talk to someone because to be brave to communicate with a stranger

  1. b) education?  You have to learn some skills of selling a car before you become to a car seller. This company has a room for novices to teach them some necessary skills, such as how to communicate with customers and how to focus their attention on their own company. Every novice gets a book with all the models and colours of cars. If you want to be a qualified car salesman, you need to remember everything in the book.

  1. c) experience? You need at least 2 years of sales experience to be a formal seller and at least a college degree

  1. d) skills and attributes (personal qualities)? You have to have good eloquence because you need to convince customers to buy your car. On this basis, you need to dare to communicate with strangers. When you go out to send leaflets or talk to customers, your skills will help you a lot.

What are some of the things you like about the job? I like this job because it’s not just a job, it’s a good opportunity to exercise yourself. Here, you’ll become more daring to communicate with strangers. You’ll know how to deal with people in the sales process. If someone likes cars, it’s a perfect place for him.

What are some of the things you dislike about this job? _____ What I don’t like is that it’s a very hard place to work. We can’t just sit inside and wait for customers to come in. We need to go outside and find out who wants to buy a car. For example, when I go out and ask who wants to buy a car, we’ll find him and bring him to our company. In short, to sell our products to others.

  1. How do you anticipate this job changing in the next 5 years or so? The sightseeing buses we sell are oil-driven. But now the times are progressing, more and more electric cars appear. So, gasoline cars will be eliminated. And now more and more people choose to travel by bicycle. Fewer and fewer people need cars, and probably no one will come and buy it for a long time.

Other question (s):

_____None__________________________________________________________

Student Reflections:

  1. Give three reasons why you would like this job (be specific):
  2. If you can find a source of customer that are interested in vehicles. You will earn a fair amount of money. Of course, if you put in more effort, you’ll gain more and more. There are many employees in this company, how to communicate with them during lunch or rest. In the process of communication, you can also learn a lot of knowledge and experience.
  3. Good working environment. You don’t have to go out often in summer. You can sit inside and talk on the phone and enjoy the air conditioning. Of course, sometimes you have to go out and introduce our car to others. But it’s a lot easier than other companies.
  4. As I said before, it’s a job and an opportunity to exercise yourself. Work here will learn something you can’t learn elsewhere. You may become friends with customers as you come outside and try to get more customer. That is to say, as you work, your friends will become more and more.
  5. Give three reasons why you would not like this job (be specific):
  6. a) If you want to do this job, you will need to have a positive attitude. You also need the courage to communicate with the customer. You have to be calm and resourceful when you are facing a costumer’s complain. In order to sell a car successfully, no matter what the customer asks for, you should try to satisfy him. This is a great test of one’s endurance.
  7. b) When you are dealing with customers, you have to prepare for long term discussion. This will probably take a couple of days. Then costumers will bargain for the price. You need a lot of patience.I have seen a man who has been with his customers from morning to night in order to sell a car. For me, this is basically an impossible task. From getting up in the morning, you have to start thinking about how you can accomplish the mission that your company gave to you
  8. c) this is a risky job because you need to purchase vehicles from factories. Therefore, using a strategy to convince costumers to buy vehicles in a decent amount of money is important. For example, if you buy a car for $100,000, you need to sell it for $120,000 or more. If you sell $90,000, you will lose money.
  9. Is this job for you? Why or why not?

No, it’s not for me because for now, I am fearful communicating with strangers. Then, I don’t like to sit inside to wait for the coming of costumers. I would like to be free. I want to some creative thing but doing the same job daily. Even though I can earn a lot.

Explain the value of the TYKTW experience in relation to your ideas about your post secondary (after high school) plans (education?, training?, travel?, work?).

I think this is very good for a student because it can let a student feels the social life ahead of time and experience the work of his parents. This also enables students to understand the current social situation, so students can prepare their work directly in advance.
