Reflection : In this project i used a lot of core competencies. Such as communication in ways that i shared ideas for the play. I also listened to my group partners ideas. Which made me a active lister. I gave feedback to other people ideas honestly, if i didn’t agree on something i gave my opinion on it. But, i also shared my confidence in other peoples ideas. I took on a role of organizing time for the group to work on it and how we are going to finish it. I asked my members questions if i need to find something out , and i was prepared myself to answer questions.
