i really enjoyed the people who came in to talk to us, to be honest before these people came in i had no idea that Rwanda was a place. the presentation made me feel very grateful that none of my family members have been murdered and that my family never had to be worried for there life in the same way as the Rwandan people did. it also made me grateful that i do not have to live in a house with no floor with nine other people. in the future i would highly recommend that you bring these people back to speak again.

reflection: i personally didn’t like this project because i found it very confusing and i would have rather done something else. even though didn’t like this project that was only because i didn’t know what it was and didn’t know what to do, i would still do this in the future but i would explain it a bit better . for me to improve i would ask you to explain a bit more because i only asked you once and i was still confused about it.

Core Competency Reflection: i really enjoyed doing this project it was really fun pretending to be a peasant. something that i learned that i didn’t know who to do before was how to add sound affects in the background without making them be so loud that you cant hear what people are saying. one thing that i would try to do better is remember my lines better because we had to redo some shots because i forgot what i was saying.
