I was born in Vancouver B.C., on a hot summer day in July. My Mom was in labor for 43 hours, apparently I was pretty stubborn from the start. We had two dogs when I was little, Rocky, which was my Dad’s dog when he met my Mom, and Kinnda, which was my Mom’s dog. One of my middles names is Kinnda, my other middle name is my Grandma’s first name. I am Irish and French Canadian. I have a little brother, he is almost 10. The two dogs we had when I was little passed away a few years ago. We now have 3 dogs, Bayly is the name of my own dog, she is a Toy Australian Shepard. My brother’s dog is an Orange Sable Pomeranian, and the family dog is a mix of Shepard, Border Collie and Husky. I have 2 older brothers, they are both married and in their early 30s. One of them has a baby, so that makes me an Aunty. My nephew is lots of fun.

I went to preschool at Bramblewood Montessori Preschool, then on to Kindergarten at Aspenwood. I attended Hampton Park Elementary from grade one to grade 5. Grade 6 and 7 were at Moody Middle, I wanted to be in the Fine Arts program there, but it wasn’t really working out, not what I thought it would be. I went to my catchment school, Summit, for grade 8, and had lots of fun there.

I have been riding horses since I was 9. I started with Dressage, then moved on to Jumping, which I really love to do. In August of 2018 I will be in my first Jumping show in Maple Ridge. Besides riding horses I enjoy playing softball, volleyball, swimming, acting and singing. My Dad is a Key Grip in the Vancouver Film Industry and my Mom used to work in Film as well, so I have spent a lot of time on film sets. My first time on set was when I was only a couple of months old. I love going to set and watching how tv series, feature films and movies of the week are shot. When I go to set I get to sit beside the director, it’s pretty cool.

I have only moved twice in my life, and have been living in the same house for the past 9 years. I like our house, we have a big fort in the back yard, a pool and a trampoline. I help out with some yard work and cleaning the pool. Our backyard is a lot of fun.

When I was 7 my Mom took me to Disneyland for the first time. I loved it and have loved it ever since. The first time I went we were in Disneyland for 5 days, for 12 hours a day. I never got tired of walking and standing in the line ups, my Mom was amazed. We have been back to Disneyland 6 times since then. I love Southern California and hope to live there someday and work for Disney. The beaches there are a favorite of mine, the sand is so nice and the waves are huge.

I would like to travel to Ireland one day, I have Aunts, Uncles and cousins there. I also want to go to England, where I have more family, in Manchester. I plan to do a lot of travelling when I’m out of school, there is a big world out there to see.

I like doing volunteer work with my Mom. I have volunteered with the Amanda Todd Legacy Society, the Tri Cities Chamber of Commerce and have door knocked for local politicians. I think volunteering is good, giving back to my community is important to me.
