Free Verse Poem

In this assignment I mostly used my creative thinking competency. The way I used this competency is through thinking about what I wanted to write about. I had to look through the pictures to figure out which one I could generate the most ideas and write the most detailed poem I could. I also had to use my creative thinking to create similes, metaphors, personifications, and alliteration. It was bit challenging to create the similes or metaphors, because I felt that I was always repeating myself in the poem. I enjoyed this assignment because I had fun using my creative writing skills to make the poem, and also because I wasn’t restricted to too many rules.
