Reflection:

While working in the group we chose, I did my share. I contributed a sizable chunk towards the ultimate success of our objectives posed by the teacher to our band of merry children cohorting together to achieve a common goal. In this area of the communication core competency, I have gotten better at absolutly nothing. The reason for this, is because no outstanding challenge was posed in talking to 3 group members about how to measure heart rate. I also presented the information gathered in this experiment in a clear and concise way, using my group members to help out when I needed feedback on the presentation of the document. These two occurences signify a use of the communication core competency. They represent my learning over this school year, and my lack of learning (in context of core competencies, I learned from the actual science that was excerised during this lab) during this specific instance.
