Reflection:

Through this project, I learned about several aspects of collaboration that need to be in place in order for a group to smoothly and successfully reach their goal. One of these aspects is good lines of communication. Everyone needs to know what the goal is and have some kind of agreed-upon idea of how the goal will be accomplished. An open line of communication also means everyone should feel comfortable in sharing ideas and then receive constructive feedback rather than criticism. Groups often divide the workload among its members to move closer to the final goal. I have learned that if one person does not complete their individual part, the whole group suffers, and therefore it is important that each person fulfill their role according to the group’s established timeline.

Overall I will give myself 9/10 for this project
