Hi, I’m Emily!

I have 4 siblings, 3 sisters and 1 brother. My house in always loud and there is always something to do. I don’t do much in my free time other then hangout with my big family. I enjoy playing basketball, soccer, and field hockey. I play field hockey for the Tri-City Eagles and I am very happy to have joined the women’s league this year! One of my favorite places is Mobilio Field because that is where my field hockey team practices. I am very determined when it comes to sports and I am always happy to meet new team mates.

I like this quote because quotes like this keeps me moving. When I don’t think I can continue or I just want to give up I know I have to continue or else I will stay at the same level I’m at. One hard day and I just want to give up, but I have to just move on. This quote was what was going through my head when I started doing too many sports and hard classes that I don’t think I’ll do good in. I will keep this in my head as I start this hard year here at HWSS.

This is one of my favorite youtube clips. It is Something to be Proud of by Montgomery Gentry. He has a lot of songs, but growing up this was always my favorite song of all time. This song makes me think about my past and all my great memories with my family. I was introduced to this song by my amazing dad when we were listening to music together in the car.

As you can probably tell by the name, my favorite website is the Tri-Cities Eagles field hockey page. I like this page because I can see how the season is going for the other teams in the Tri-Cities, and if you scroll to the very bottom there is a great video that always makes me smile! In the video my three coaches get pies smashed into their faces! This was one of the most memorial thing that ever happened to me while being on any sport team. This beautiful picture is Point Roberts. This lovely beach is where I like to spent the hot days of summer. Maple beach is a place where people are always friendly and always having fun. I love it there because of that and because it’s so relaxing being around the ocean. The tide changes from having sandbars all the way out to the mile marker or from being neck deep on the first sandbar. When the tides out you can build sandcastle or walk along the beach out to the marker, and when the tides in you can go for a nice swim to cool you down. This photo just reminds me of how many good memories I have had down there with my family and friends.
