Core Competency used: Communication

The most important aspect of a successful group is communication. Throughout the assignment, I exhibited proper communication with my group members. When we were still in the planning phase I proposed many ideas that we later used. Another thing I did well in, is when we need to finish and I properly communicated with my group members, I gave them instructions and working as a group we managed to produce a great video. I also listened to feedback from my group members which allowed me to improve on my communication skills. Communication is very important for a successful group as you need to be able to express opinions and resolve difficulties. I feel that my group and I exhibited a great understanding of communication. Although there were lots of successes there a few areas that my group struggled with.

What we could have done better, was making a decision on how we were going to film sooner. This would have allowed us more time to work on bettering our video. If my next group and I make a decision faster I think our final product will be so much better.
