This is my pie chart it shows people’s favorite fruit. I got my data from a family event last weekend and the rest I got from friends at school. It shows that the majority of people like apples and bananas.
This shows people’s favorite Skittle flavors. It is a bar graph. Bar graphs are good for getting quantitative information. I was surprised by the results because I always thought that grape would be a more popular flavor than strawberry.
this is my line graph to show the grow of plants hight in different conditions over 50 days in pot 1 it got 50 ml of water daily and no artificle light it grew the least at 18 cm the second pot 2 got the same amount of water as pot 1 the diffirent is pot 2 got artificle light it grew to 27.1 cm which is alot more growth comparded to pot 1 in pot 3 it got no light but 60 ml of water instead of 50 ml it grew to 19.6 so just adding 10 more ml of water grew it almost 2 cm in pot 4 it got 60 ml of water and artificle light it grew the most at 27.2 so betwen pot 2 and 4 diffirent 4 grew silghtlymore due to the water
research a career that you are interested in pursuing in the future.
the career that I’m going to be researching is a Lawer. the program is at UBC and covers most areas of law in Canada. it’s a 3 year at the Vancouver campus in the Peter A. Allard School of Law faculty
and the reason I want to pursue this career is because I find all the rules and law would be cool to debate about and you can make a big difference in people’s lives. there is also a large demand for lawyers which gives the career a lot of job security the job entails different things depending on what type of lawyer you are but it is mainly giving legal advice and representing clients in court

Part One:
The idea behind the orange shirt day is to show the Trauma and suffering indigenous kids went through at residential schools. It is a day to reflect on what happened and to reconcile with Native Americans.
the 94 Calls to Action graph shows the progress of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission on their 94 goals to the First Nations. I think the graph shows that the Commission has completed/started less than half of the goals with only completing 13 of the calls to action
on march 9 2023 the government passed legislation to make September 30 a statutory holiday to gives more people the chance to commemorate the history and legacy of the residential school system and to respect the people that have die at the schools with the life long trauma
I think the reason for this assignment is for student to get a more in depth understanding of what happen in residential schools and what the fist nations went thru and still go. also showing student not to treat any one differently because of their skin or ethnicity.

I think that it is interesting that when the Eupen’s came to Canada changed the name from Kwikwetlem to Coquitlam because it was too hard to say where on the other hand Coquitlam was easy. I think this show the lack of respect for the first nation culture.
