Hello there,

My name is Mena. I am a social, active, and happy person. I spend most of my time after school dancing, singing, and reading. I love my friends and feel very lucky to be surrounded with great people. Every second year I go to Europe in the summer and have the best time visiting great cities like: Rome, Milan, Venice, Paris, London (etc). I also enjoy time at the beach and admiring snowy winter mountains when hiking. I like to relax by watching a good movie or TV show, I’m a huge fan of Star Wars. I would like to think that I am a fun person to be around. As for my dreams, they include a stage somewhere and finishing medical school elsewhere!

I believe that in life you have to pursue your dreams. Most of the people my age have a big dream. I know that it will take great effort and work to achieve it. Reflecting on myself I say I’m determined and a hard worker. That’s why I love this quote: it is a great motivation and teaches you that the road is long and it will take footsteps and everyday effort to get to your destination.  That also means that quitting should not be part of my plan.

I love this clip because it’s so posh and fierce. It is an entertaining video for all viewers thanks to the exciting dancing and cool song. I appreciate watching professional dancers because I know how much work and passion  stays behind the perfect technique and sharp choreography.  The symbiosis between expressing yourself through art and realistically achieving that as a product requires so much professionalism and a little bit of creativity.  You can enjoy this video on many different levels simply as a moment from the 60’s or reflecting on the lyrics that are about channeling a past feeling.

Google is my favourite website because it’s practical and efficient on getting information right away. Through google I can go to any website on the internet easily.  You can search up and learn anything on google.

This image was taken in my favorite city Paris. It makes me feel sad and a bit angry. When I was there and walked the streets of the city of lights, I felt like I was in the most mythical place on Earth. The beauty of architecture, history, and elegance around should be preserved and deeply respected. This city represents our achievements as a society and it was saved through wars and disasters. Lately more and more of the streets get dirty and damaged like the image you see here. I would like to be able to speak up on this issue and convince more and more people to save the achievements of our culture because they don’t just make us who we are but they teach us to live with beauty and be ambitious.
