Shakespeare Skit

For this Shakespeare skit I used creative thinking because I had to figure out how to quickly change into my different character (Puck) fast. Our group communicated well because if we ever ran into some difficulties we could fix it as a group. Also we had to work on making the Shakespeare language into a modernized version. While presenting, on the 12 second one we got cut off because we had to be in a rush to try to get it in the time limit.

The Mysterious Doppelganger

While writing this short story I was using my Creative thinking because while i was preparing my story, I heard about a movie called “Us” and it was about Doppelgangers, and thats what inspired me to write about this topic. Going back to where I was talking about using my Creative thinking, the way I used Creative thinking is that I used a lot of real life features that are in my life. The features that i used inside the story that match with things in my life is the school that I go to (Heritage) and, my friend (Sienna).

In this project we were asked to time our heart rate in different temperatures (hot and cold) to see if the heart rate is faster or slower in different temperatures. On the first day of the project we timed our heart rate in the temperature of a normal environment inside the classroom and in a cold environment outside with the snow. On the second day we timed our heart rate in a hot environment. The way we managed to succeed with the hot temperature part of the project we put on two layers of jackets and sat in the sun and we got our results. We each timed our heart rate three times and the results were almost accurate. For this project I used Communication because whenever we finished timing your blood pressure we had to communicate with each other  and say how many times we felt our heart beat.

For this project we were asked to talk about the Industrial Revolution and its causes. The core competencies I used for this project was Critical Thinking because while I was researching for the Industrial Revolution I was comprehending all the concepts of why the revolution started. I had to utilize my critical thinking skills while doing this as researching online I needed to be aware that some information may not be accurate or reliable. I had to sort through the websites I found to check for reliability. Additionally once I gathered my information I had to be critical about what to put into my assignment and what to leave out. Also, this project helped me get a better understanding about the revolution. If you would randomly ask me some things that happened in the Industrial Revolution there would be a 75% chance that I will know the answer.In conclusion I personally think that I should get a passing grade in this project.
