Students looked at some current events in local and national papers and were asked to examine these articles and determine the various levels of government and the individuals involved. They were also asked to determine how this event will affect them in some way. This assignment is due Tuesday.

I have been teaching in SD43 (Coquitlam) for the past seventeen years and at Heritage Woods Secondary School for the last five years.
I went to school in Coquitlam, graduating from Terry Fox Secondary before pursuing my B.A. at Simon Fraser University and my B.Ed at the University of British Columbia. I also completed a post-graduate degree program in Teaching and Learning with Technology at Simon Fraser University.
