Reflection:
In the scene that my group did, I used critical and creative thinking when i was creating the scripts and editing them thoroughly. I spent a lot of time memorizing my lines which caused me to be upset and dissaointed when I blanked and forgot my lines. I am disappointed with the group I got because they didn’t take it seriously and expected to get a good mark. I wish they supported each other and me more; if they did I think we could have done fairly well and landed at a high B. I think this lands under the core competency, communication. I am more then capable at working with others to achieve a common goal. Although, I believe that to achieve a common goal you need all group member’s hand’s on deck. It needs to be a group effort. I definitely did majority of the work and put in the time for this act. I should have communicated in a polite way my feelings and thoughts on their efforts for the group project. One of my strengths is being able to recognise my strengths and weaknesses. I have realized that a project like this is important to me and I need to speak up for my self and what I believe in with a group that carries characteristic like I described above. I strongly believe that I can acknowledge my struggles and failures as well as my accomplishments. I can solve problems myself and with peers, and I can also identify when to ask for help from an adult. I am kind to others and am able to identify who I would like to be my friend, and build a relationship with and who I might not want to with. I am fully capable of supporting others and identifying when they need help. Overall I understand why we got the mark we did. I think I could have worked harder to encourage my group members to make more of a collective group effort.
