Identity Essay Sway Reflection

In this essay, I had some strong connections with the core competencies including Critical Thinking, Positive Personal and Cultural Identity, Creative Thinking. In the brainstorm of my essay, I was generating and elaborate on as much ideas and experiences from my life as hard as possible. Since my essay was how could one’s value shape his/her identity and social status in the society. This time, I have authentically ruminated about who I am, what are my experiences that could be linking with the essay, and whether I did right or wrong on some choices I made. When it came to the process of writing the actual essay, I stated to analyze some data that are related to the topic, and I developed my general ideas in the brainstorm. In this essay I wrote, I did not spend enough time on it, consequently, it was not as good as how I was expecting it to be. Therefore, I will try my best to put as much details and effort into the projects and essays that we will be doing in the future in English 9 class.
