ABOUT ME: My name is Ray Zhang. I’m now 14 years old and I’m currently in Grade 9. I was borned in China, immigrated to Canada when I was 1 year old with my parents. But afterwards, I went back for elementry school for 6 years, and due to the pressure of school in China, I got a chance to come back here to continue my acadamic career. I’ve played soccer before for 2 years, and hockey for 5 years, but since I found out that these sports were not really my kinda thing, I got intrested by mountain biking and dirt jumping. I really love the sport and I always have group rides with friend either in the trails or the dirt jump park beside lafarge lake. Now move the topic back to school, I had always been a straight B with few A’s – student; and I fraustrated for a long time because of that. So now my goal in the school is to make more A’s and also friends.

This is my favortite quote because I knew it and believed in it since I first came to canada in greade 6. It inpired me when I was having my toughest time back then. It’s a fact that it is impossible to not make any mistakes for a human being, and if a person actually lived perfectly, then his/her life will become very meaningless. Life is supposed to be dramatic, having climaxes and suddenly drop into the toughest period is usuall; and, that’s how I like the second part “unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not lived at all.”

This is my favorite video because it explained how canadians live, their believes, food, and habits with humor. Also, it really helped me to know more about canadians and the country’s history, that’s why it’s important to me and became my favorite clip.

I just love this website because it’s the first social media I’ve used since I came to canada. It is powerful on making new friends, get to know what their intrests are and their lives. But most importantly, It shows how the societies and been working out and its now probably one of the fastest medias now to spread news and events. Also you can share what ever you like onto it to let more people know what kind of a person are you and your daily life.
