Launched in 2017 as an HWSS Assignment

I was born in the year of 2003.  In the past, my family always moved from places to places, we’ve never stayed in one place for very long. Over the years, I’ve developed some hobbies such as music, and art. I started playing the piano when I was 4 and started taking art classes when I was 5. Unlike most people, my hobbies do not include things such as sports. However, I do enjoy reading and writing, just not as much as my other hobbies.

Throughout elementary, middle, and now high school, I’ve encountered lots of quotes, and one of my favourites is: “Life begins when you step out of your comfort zone”. I chose this quote out of all the other options because it is inspiring and does not just relate to me, but to others as well. Everyday situations can refer to this, such as being unconfident and not ready to step out of your box of comfort.

Other than a quote, my favourite YouTube clip is the video by Prince Ea: “Sorry” which is linked down below. It is such an inspirational piece both to me and some others to the point where it makes you want to motivate yourself right to the very end the minute you turn the video on. The speech is about global warming, a slam poetry that explains what we have done to the world and how sorry we are for the future generations. This also relates to me because I love helping the environment so that we can save the world from corrupting.

In my opinion, the best website is Google Docs. It assists you in school and projects and also helps you in the future with work. You can share the document with whoever you like and it is also not so slow in responding and loading, unlike many other websites.

This picture above really inspires me to help others when needed. Me to We is an organization that helps the homeless, those with no education rights, and much more world problems. It is important to learn that there are many things in life you do not need but others do. Just think of how many people you can save and make them smile if you just only donate one dollar. This donation and organization also remind me of the Terry Fox run; where you only have to give one dollar for the cure of cancer. Sometimes it is not just about the happiness of yourself and family, but the others too. Put others before your own needs.
