Core Competency: Creative Thinking 

Throughout my experiment, I was able to generate new ideas by problem-solving when something didn’t go as planned. I was able to build upon ideas and combine ideas when Will mentioned that we should keep the Tiggy Bugs in one area I suggested we only use 1 tray and section offsides to represent the cold and warm habitats. I was able to develop ideas through experimentation when we decided as a group to put the Tiggy Bugs in the middle of the box lid and see which one the preferred. I was able to use setbacks to advance my thinking when a metal tray wasn’t available to us we used a cardboard box lid, not only did we have more space but a better view of what the Tiggy Bugs were doing. 

Ways I want to improve are… 

Being more time-wise, trial 1 took so long that we didn’t have a lot of time to do trial 2 and 3. I wish to improve on that by setting up timers and incorporating into my experiments.
