Water Cycle Comic

Reflection:

Looking back on my comic, I really enjoy the amount creativity I put in my comic. Since we based our comics on something scientific we had to add elements onto the comic where you could show your learning and understand of the water cycle and by thinking out of box. I showed this when referring to how gravity and the sun’s radiation effect the water cycle. The Sun’s radiation heat up water vapor and give the water atoms energy eventually rising them up to the atmosphere and giving the atoms enough energy to turn into gas. On my comic I tried to represent this process by turning the sun’s radiation into a sun rad energy drink that makes them ” the good kind of gassy”. When referring to gravity, I decided to make almost like a machine were the raindrops and clouds are carried by and dropped when too heavy. These were my favorite parts of the comic and taught me to try and use my creative thinking skills to find another way to represent something. Something I could improve on is my fear of righting down to much. When drawing and creating my project i wanted to keep everything pretty, not to much, and dainty, which led me to limit the amount of information and more detail i could put in my comic. Next time I do a comic, I will try and break down these walls and let myself try to put as much information into my work even though it might not be as “cute” as I want it to be.
