I think for this project I did well on Communications as a core competency with my peers. For example, I managed to tell my peers my plan of making this broadcast, and also of the way we should record/edit this broadcast. I managed to be a kind of a “Leader” in this group, and I distributed all the work to myself and my peers as even as possible. I communicated with them and I made everything good to go almost without any problems. However, one of my group mates made the project late because he didn’t follow our plan. I suppose that is one of my weakness in communications for this French Revolution Broadcast Project, and is what I’m going to improve on next time. We also developed on our critical thinking of our core competencies. For instance, we had both positive and negative “interviewee” recordings. Which means we had a better understanding on critical thinking by thinking on both positive and negative sides.

Creative thinking and Communication
Me and my partner Joseph created this invention. We think thoughtfully of what the world needs. We were thinking that we should create something environmentally responsible. The creation of this invention requires our communication skills, as well as our creative thinking skills. For instance, we created this machine with game engine Unity 3D. We communicated with each other about what each of us should do. We decided that I would make the prototype and half of the proposal while Joseph does the other half of the whole project. We used AR system (with credits from Vuforia AR Engine) in unity, so that even if we couldn’t make this invention ourselves, we can still view if in the real world. We inserted some animations of the machine to show how it works. We shared ideas about how to create this invention. I also built this as an android program so that everyone can install it.

Reflection
Our group did a good job on both writings and images. We talked about how the Metals are recycled on the Earth. We have a lot of images which made this form less boring. We communicated in class and at home to discuss how to make this project. We also communicated on the iMessage.

Digital Literacy Take Your Child To Work Day Alternate Assignment
The career that I’m most interested in is coding.
I’m passionate about this career because I think coding is cool, coding is helpful for me to do some similar work, and the world is now in a technology period which means coding is a strongly related subject with the whole world.
This career entails a lot of time and pressure depending on what the projects are. Also it entails energy and most importantly sight.
I think some of the qualifications and educations I might need in order to pursue this career are:

Creative thinking reflection
In this digital literacy/science assignment, our group were pretty creative. I came up with a lot of ideas about how to make the sway more beautiful and fuller. I put in a lot of images, which I put them into stacks. Also, when we did our experiments, our group made up a new creative idea about how to do our experiment nicely and tried not to make errors when we record: we use pencils to do the experiment and tried to record as soon as the bug is on the pencil. We made the chart by using the data as soon as the recording is over. Also, we think it might be fun to test the experiment that way. We had that idea by thinking and editing the steps and tried to think of a creative way to do this experiment. For example, we think test the bug with food is too simple and not a creative thing to do in an experiment, so we agreed that we want to have another way to test. This idea of testing was my thought. I was just looking at my pencil and thinking about what we should do. Suddenly, I had the idea to test wood bugs on sticks, which is much more fun and creative.
