This is the extracurricular activity that I do, it is one of my interests and hobbies I also like photography and I am taking a class on it as of now, so I thought what if I put two of my hobbies and put it in a picture and I came up with this I got an excellent score on this photo and I am Proud of it.
Why I do it and have an interest in it? Well, it has always been one of my goals, to be in shape, strong and happy with my own body. I also like the relationships that I build with people that I go to the gym with. Example: I have a friend who is not the strongest or the fittest but I really like going to the gym with him and see the progress that he is making.
Another example of relationships in the gym is the bench where you can have a really extraordinary experience or one that may cause you to have to switch spotters/partners, how these relationships are made are by putting your safety in your spotter’s hands. The spotter’s job is to just be there for you and help you when you reach a point where you cannot push the weight up anymore, it’s like a force comes and lifts the weights of you with the help of you.
