Core Competencies Reflection – Current Lab

In my reflection, I will show and evaluate the projects our group completed in this scientific experiment and the new knowledge learned. This experiment consists of preliminary planning, teamwork to record process, and final conclusions, which will be shown in the following pages.

The original plan was developed by me and another team member. It is not difficult to draw a picture, but it is a difficult problem to understand the experimental steps and the gap between parallel and series circuits. Most plans are always imperfect, and plans are always unable to keep up with change. Under the guidance of the teacher, our experiment was able to proceed normally. Our team has a clear division of labor, and everyone is sitting on the task that everyone is assigned, and the cooperation is very happy.

In actual experiments, when we tried to measure current, we used voltmeter, but the fact is that we should use ammeter to measure current. Not all batteries can work properly, and some of them have connection methods that cause current instability. During the experiment, we compared the difference between the series circuit and the parallel circuit, and found that the magnitude of the current did not match the brightness of the bulb.

When we used sway for the final experimental results, Luna and I did it together. Two other people in our group were not good at editing and using sway, so they looked up some pictures and useful information as a background for sway.
