My Favourite Video

This is my favourite video because it tells a long story about my grade 8 year. This is the story that came with this song.

One day I was working in class with my best friend. We were listening to her Spotify playlist and this song came on. I really liked it so I asked her to send me the name of the song. The next day I was thinking about what I should learn to play on guitar for that night. I asked her and she told me to play “Someone you Loved.” I did learn it that night but I never told her. About a month later I was practising in rock band for the summer solstice. My Music teacher Ms. T asked me if I would play a solo for the summer solstice. I said sure and my first Idea was to play “Creep by Radiohead.” But later into the day, I realized I should play a song for her. She has never heard me sing nor really play, so what better time than in front of our entire pod and say in the microphone that it was for her. Even better it was in front of the whole school. A week before the show I couldn’t help my self and I pulled her into the practice room and told her I wanted to play my solo for her.. I did, She cried. She turned bright red at the end of the song and her eyes filled up like a waterfall. She said, “You’re so beautiful.” I hugged her to stop her tears and gave her a kiss on the cheek like a sister would when their little sibling was crying. The day on the summer solstice my rock band and I played both “Riptide,” and “Stolen Dance.” At the end of all the other bands there was one song left which was my solo.Ms. T introduced me while also saying and I  quote, “This song is dedicated to her. I started to play the song on my guitar and started to sing. There were so many people that I knew that didn’t know I could sing and some that doubted that fact,. but I rocked it and did that all for four hours straight.

My favourite Photo

This is my favourite photo because of it’s a personal photo of my dog, Karma. Karma was born six years ago by my dad’s dog Grasie. He was one of the only white puppies, but the fur on his tail wasn’t growing. He had a bald spot right on the tip of his tale and my dad wanted to cut it off. I clearly said “NO! Let it grow.” So soon after saying that the fur started to grow, and now Karma has a full tail. I wasn’t the one to name him. I was 8 years old so my dad didn’t really trust me with the naming responsibility. I love the name, so it doesn’t matter. One of the best things about this photo is that it shows his personality. There’s clearly no doubt that he has one. He’s very silly and fun to be around. Sometimes he forgets how big he is but that doesn’t stop him from crushing you with 140 pounds of love. He gets really protective over me but he becomes a Whining Barking Ball of Dog when someone touches me. We play a game with the dogs where the adults look at the dog but go to slowly grab me or my brother and they say “I’m going to touch your kid!” or whatever. when my stepmom does it to me and Karma, he gets very squeaky. He’s my protector and I’m his best friend. Like my dad says, “I’m his kid.”

Youtube.com. I find it my favourite because it can help you is so many ways. Like when you’re sad you can watch videos that make you laugh, and some videos may make you cry or give you ideas. lots of the time you can find videos of people showing you how to fix something that’s broken or you can find a video on how to make something. I mostly use it to watch funny videos and to watch people be silly or just downright dumb. I use the website to get ideas on what to paint or how to draw something. I mostly love the website because of the people on it. the YouTubers and creators. they are all making there lives on this platform and it makes me happy to be able to watch them, and by watching them I’m supporting them at the same time.

 

 

       

My Favourite Quote

My favourite quote is actually one I wrote. I wrote it far back in my elementary years. The term Forgiven love is forgotten love means that if you lose someone that you love in the first place and then get them back, the love that you had before is already gone, it doesn’t exist anymore. but in the second part says unless you cherish it, means exactly what it says really. If you lose someone you love and get them back the love that you had before is gone cuz the reason you split but unless you cherish the love harder then before then it will become actual love.
