Cloning Poster

The point that we were trying to make with this poster was supposed to be ironic. You see the top line says “immortality”, which you normally associate with things like life, purpose and spirits. Underneath it says, “will it kill us all?”, that shows us that too much of anything Is bad, that includes life. With the irony, it shows that we used emotional appeal and Name-calling. Emotional appeal, because we made immortality from cloning seem disastrous, we also increased the appeal by adding words to make the cause seem worse. That makes our audience want to listen. Another thing that we used was images, fonts and bolded lettering to link cloning, immortality and overpopulation to a negative cause. That’s how we used propaganda to make our poster very luring and strict.
