Extracurricular Life

Life now, I can leave school at 3:30 every afternoon, so I have a lot of free time. Of course, I need to do interesting things to enrich my spare time.

In my free time, I will make choices in mobile phones and sports.

phone:I will play games, watch movies, and “shuttle” in major social networking sites.

Sports:On weekends, I will play badminton with my classmates. I sometimes play basketball.

I think that the things I do have both advantages and disadvantages. Because playing a mobile phone or playing a computer is really bad for your eyes. Sometimes you stay up late. It’s not good for your health, but you can relax. Let yourself not be so stressed. Find “warmness” in the virtual online world. When doing exercise, it is good for your health. You can also exercise your brain, but you should also pay attention to safety. If you are injured in sports, it will be more serious, and you will still have sequelae.

 

I think that free time is valuable because you can’t control your time when you are busy, so don’t waste such a good time. Be sure to enrich it to learn knowledge or what.

I don’t think I have done a good job, but I will work very hard to do what I am interested in. I can’t say that it is one of the best, but I will do my best to be the own best.
