Communication: Here is evidence that I can collaborate, teach, be considerate to others, discuss, contribute to class discussion, explain, justify, share ideas, etc.:
During the creation of our Wood Bug Lab, I collaborated, contributed, was considerate to others, and shared ideas with the rest of my group members. Examples of this are when I heard an idea that I didn’t like so much. I didn’t outright say I didn’t like the idea, and instead, I even encouraged the idea. This is because each member’s opinions and thoughts are valuable, and maybe the idea that I didn’t like might turn out to be good. I contributed ideas, food, and other miscellaneous things that were required for our experiment. After writing this, I realized that I like to give priority to every individual’s ideas.
Ways that I can improve in the communication core competency is by taking the initiative to generate ideas, and to lead the group in a positive direction (basically being a leader).
