Core Competency: Critical Thinking

Anchor was a new app/tool to me. Beforehand, I mostly used my phone’s camera to record my audio, and never a podcast tool such as Anchor. As a result, figuring out how to operate around was tricky at first. However, because I was able to use my critical thinking, I solved many problems. An example of a problem I had was I didn’t know how to record segments as well as undo or keep recording after pausing. But because I’ve had past experience with recording audio (through my camera), I knew there was a button to delete a segment, re-record, etc. An another example of critical thinking was when I didn’t know how to add music to the recording. Instead of painstakingly searching online or through the app, I just put on some background music while I was recording, which probably works just as well.
