Hello, my name is Lillian and I am really looking forward to spending the next four years here working towards my future. In my spare time i like to go out to my local barn to ride the horses or just be with them in general. During summer and spring break you can find me volunteering there with my friends for their yearly camps. I also really love to play this online game called league of legends. However, i only have a limited time to play on my device so that i can spend more time trying to be productive. One of my passions is helping people which is why i spent the last three years in the me to we club at Eagle Mountain. I’m hoping to join the KWAP group here because it is another way to further improve on my passion, not to mention the trip i went on in grade seven to Oppenheimer Park was very eye opening and inspiring.

My favourite video is a documentary called “Living With Wolves”. It is a documentary that remember watching with my dad years ago and it really kick-started my love for wildlife. I was very young when i watched it so at the time the information was quite overwhelming, but after watching it over and over again for many years the message gets clearer. I think it is a very heartwarming documentary that will either enrich or give you a newfound love for wolves.

My favourite website is YouTube. The reason being is because its not only a place for entertainment but you can learn things from it. With endless tutorials and video guides you have help right at the tip of your fingers. It is great when used as a tool and very immersive when used as a way to pass time, but you have to be sure you’re monitoring your time on this website or you will get sucked in to it.

My favourite image is a picture of a bridge located in my hometown. It is somewhere my family and i regularly visit on our trips back to Iran. To us this bridge has a lot of meaning because for generations it has been a place for our family to go. My brother and i have photos of us there from when we were toddlers all the way up until a few months ago. This bride is very nostalgic for me which is why this is my favourite picture.

This is my favourite quote because it is what my mom would say to calm me down. Last year i was having a very hard time dealing with social changes in my life and every time i struggled my first instinct was to curl up in a ball. My mom would tell me I looked like a potato and that if I was feeling bad i should do something about it. She’s all about dealing with problems head on, and when you don’t she refers to you as a potato. That quote helped me confront people I was having trouble with and that is why it’s my favourite quote.
