2. Core Competencies Reflection
   Core Competency: Social Responsibility

   During this project, we had to work in a group of four. While in that group I was able to not only work effectively
   And use my time wisely but I also did extra work. I was also contributing ideas on how we could improve our
   Project. And when someone had something to add I listened respectfully and did not give negative feedback.
   Or laugh at their ideas. Instead I waited until they had finished what they where saying and respectfully
   Gave them some constructive criticism. On how we could improve their ideas.

   Ways I want to improve are…
   Dividing about the workload evenly so next time everyone will be working and I won’t have to do everything for
   The project while my group members sit back and relax
