1. A) Training: Practical nursing, ECGE, Extensive trainingSprectum Spectrum-Behavior Management. 

 

1. B) Education: Practical Nursing, ECE, Autism Training, Intense behaviour, Courses ABA. 

 

          C)  Experience: Was Nursing for 10 years. Life skills worker 38 years, EA since 1991.

 

           D) Skills and attributes: Patience, empathetic, Self-Motivated. 

 

1. What are some of the things you like about the job?: Enjoy working with teachers and other professionals to create a plan for students. 

 

1. What are some of the things you dislike about this job?: Not enough hours to prepare for students or collaborate with teachers.

I would like the relationships that can be built with the students and staff, I noticed that it’s nice to have a fun relationship with people. 

Other than that I feel the job would be to loud and there’s to much back and forth for me.

 I’m not as patient. 

Loud and stress full for me. 

I would rather like to work somewhere where I can be more creative and be in one place.
