I believe throughout this assignment I demonstrated creative thinking in many ways. For example, I was able to develop ideas well, by making my ideas work or change what I am doing. I ran into many problems while using a new format to share my story. A specific example of this was trying to make my story fit into a texting format. However, I was able to make it work from a different perspective by playing with the materials given. I feel throughout this project, I was able to develop my ideas very well, and make adjustments to achieve my goals.
Another example of creative thinking that I have used throughout this assignment was, making my ideas more fun and unique. Throughout this assignment, I was able to get ideas through play or by pursuing my interests. Specifically, over the past couple years I have become interested in thriller movies and stories. I was able to use my interests to make my ideas more fun for me. I feel I demonstrated creative thinking skills well throughout this assignment.
I think to further improve my creative thinking skills; I could have generated my ideas better. Looking back and reflecting on this assignment, I recognized I did not explore my ideas, or talk to others to gain my knowledge about the topic as much as I would have liked to. This is something that I would like to work on in the future to help me succeed.
