today we started YPI presentations. We should finish them tomorrow.

-today was a chili and corn bread lab -next week, on Tuesday and Friday there will be labs. The other days will be nutrition theory and vegetable presentations

-today was a work block for YPI. Presentations are on Tues. April 30

-today we will review time, weather, and practice writing -you can finish the second side of the worksheets about time, for next class.

today we finished the dumpling lab and started presentations -tomorrow is a busy lab so please come to class on time and with the needed tools

-today blk 2 watched the play -blk 3 & 4 had a work block
