-today we finished the Mac & Cheese lab. Monday will be another lab, please bring the appropriate supplies.

Today was the last work block for the meal planning assignment. It is due tomorrow at the beginning of the class. -remember to bring a calculator to class.

-please make sure you bring your Tupperware and apron to finish the Mac & Cheese lab

-today we had a mac & cheese demo -tomorrow and Friday we will be making mac & cheese. Come to class with appropriate supplies

-watched YPI finals in the first half of the morning. The rest of the classes got to work on their meal planning assignment. Theses are due on Friday. Tomorrow will be your last work block.
