-today was the last work block for the Road Map assignment. Please make sure that on Tuesday you hand in your completed rubric (self-eval) with your good copy of the Road Map

-please complete the assignment sent out on Teams, for Tuesday

-An extension for the Road Map Assignment has been given. Tomorrow will be the last work block and the assignment will be due on Tuesday at the beginning of class. You are also required to hand in your rubric.

-today we finished the Focaccia lab

today we went over the rubric and reviewed some past examples to discuss what worked and what was missing. -two work periods are left. The assignment is due on Friday at the end of class.

-today was a demo on how to make Focaccia dough. Tomorrow and the next day are lab days so please come to class on time and with the appropriate supplies/equipment.
