-today we launched YPI. The assignment on Teams is due tomorrow before class.

-today we had a sushi lab -tomorrow is a lab completing our gyoza and making chicken teriyaki

-today we debriefed on the Mock Interviews. -we started to learn about social issues and we talked about how the next project, YPI, will give you employability skills. Tomorrow we will start the YPI project.

-today we made Gyoza and froze it. Tomorrow we will be making sushi. Friday we will be making the gyoza and teriyaki chicken so please bring your lab supplies every day this week.

-today was the Mock Interviews. I think they were really well. Good job ladies and gentlemen! Please make sure that you hand in the reflections (if you did not already do so).

-tomorrow is a Gyoza lab so please bring your Tupperware and aprons
