-today was a work block for YPI. I handed out a copy of the Self-Assessment assignment that covers the criteria that you should be including in your presentation. -You will need to hand the assessment in after your presentation.

-today we watched a demo of making Cream Puffs. -we annotated and went over the Cream Puff recipe and some theory. -tomorrow is the Cream Puff lab.

-today we had a Trades Program presentation -tomorrow is a YPI project work block so please come prepared to use the time wisely.

today we finished the pizza lab. -tomorrow is a demo and a theory day.

-today was a YPI work block. Tomorrow and Wednesday will not be work blocks, we have presentations that will take the entire class. -we reviewed timeline for the YPI project, and wrote it on the board.

today was a lab. Please come with lab supplies daily.

-today we finished the pasta lab and ate the pasta along with the mocha cheesecake. -next week will again be mostly labs, so please come with your Tupperware and aprons.

today we watched the following Tedtalk and completed the appropriate section on the longer handout. The rest of the block was a work block.
