today we finished cooking the Star bread

today we watched the video -today I sent out both assignments on Teams. You need to complete a YPI thank you letter and a cover letter with the job posting you used for your resume on MyBluePrint.

today we started the Star Bread lab, tomorrow we will finish it.

-today we had a presentation so you will need to bring your laptops to class for tomorrow.

-the rest of this week will be baking so please come prepared.
