Foods 11- Feb. 20

-today was the first day of the Focaccia bread lab. Tomorrow we will finish the lab so you will need to bring Tupperware to class.
-we also went over the worksheets from yesterday’s class. Baking worksheet

-next day we will go over the Yeast handout.
-Next week we have Food Safe theory all week. Please pay online for the Food Safety Certificate if you want the certification.
