-today we finished and handed in the Menu and the Recipe Book for your brunch project.
-Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday are your lab days so please make sure that you know what you are going to do on each day. Friday should only be the heating up/warming up/final prep, setting the table and then enjoying your meal.
