-today we wrote the application test and started to work on the YPI Thank You Emails. -tomorrow you will have 20 minutes to continue to work on those emails so please bring your laptop to class.

-today we started the brunch menu project. We will be in the library computer lab for the rest of this week.

-today we started watching “Tears for April” -Thursday will be the Applications test

-today we finished the smoked mini hamburgers lab. New seating arrangements were given out yesterday. -enjoy your long weekend!

-today Blk 3 worked on their Save On Foods Application form. It is due on Wednesday. –

-today we made the dough for the Galette. Tomorrow we will finish making the Galette.
