  1. I really liked the flow of this comic. It was easy to follow and engaging. It kept me on my toes and wanting to read more. However there was one section that was confusing. When Riri dies I was bit confused, I felt like I was missing something. For the most part the speech and thinking bubbles lined up nicely with the person talking. There were unfortunately a few instances where a speech bubble was coming out of the character armpit or stomach. However, I really liked how you were creative with where the speech bubbles were placed. Sometimes a character was talking but couldn’t be seen. The speech bubble was placed on the edge, and it was creative and nice! The way you positioned the characters was creative and I really like it! Overall, I really liked your comic, it was creative and had good flow. There was a few speech bubble problems and it was a little long but it was unique and fun!

  2. Sima,
    Your mark: C+
Plot is straightforward and easy to follow. You have done a good job of retelling most of the significant points in the novel. The use of captions, landscape, and dialogue are appropriate and logically sequenced to reveal the plot. There are a few awkward points where captions or more details would have made the plot points flow together better. It is clear who is speaking and the actions usually match the thought or speech bubbles allowing the plot to develop logically. This shows a good understanding of the novel and ability to sequence ideas appropriately. Word choice, font, and punctuation are appropriate with minimal errors and show a satisfactory understanding of writing conventions covered this quarter.
