core competency: Communication

For my core competency for this project, I decided to write 3 paragraphs about communication, When my group members asked me asked me questions, I responded to their questions. when one of my group member had something to say, I listened to their question and tried my best to answer it. I know that everyone have different opinion and although I didn’t disagree with my group’s decision because we had the same opinion, I could’ve disagreed respectfully if I wanted to. I actually missed a day of school, so the next day, I asked my group members a lot of questions about the project and they politely answered my question and gave me task to do. I could’ve introduced this lab to a person I do not know because I read the Current lab file on sway multiple times. I can present informations  very clearly to others if i was willing to, I learned a lot of new information throughout this lab.

I worked my best to achieve my goal. my goal was getting a good mark for this lab since I did really bad on my quiz.  I think I did my role I received. my role was supporting my team and helping the task. I gave some feedbacks and also received some. The feedback that I got helped me a lot and I hope that the feedback I gave my group members helped them. I can tell people what I learned throughout this project. I learned a lot of things. for instance I now know that our hypothesis was half right and half wrong.

We gave feedback to each other. I received a lot of help from my group members. I asked them multiple  questions. We works so hard and we spend our given time wisely,  I hope we get a good mark for this project as a reward of our hard work.
