Our group members shared our opinions and ideas by asking and answering  simple and direct questions to each other. Since I am an active listener, I was able to encourage my team before the presentation. Some of my team members were really nervous. I also answered simple and direct questions when other people are asking questions during our presentation. I presented information clearly and in an organized way. I know I was able to convey the clear meaning through my presentation because the audiences acquired my information clearly and did not have any questions regards to the context.

I have absolutely no problem working with my peers and I also know that I did my share. For example, I drew the vehicle and i also helped our group brainstorming. I can take responsibilities and roles for the group. I also know that each of our group members had a role and all of us took responsibilities. We are also  share the roles and responsibilities to achieve a common goal, good grade. Therefore, we took enough time to divide the work load evenly among our group members to share responsibilities.

When it comes to improvement, I believe I need to learn how to properly give, receive, and act on feedback. Sometimes, I misunderstood some questions which results in giving wrong answers. It is because sometimes, it is hard to understand that there are different points-of-view. Most importantly, I should learn how to disagree respectfully because I want to give my opinion to others by not hurting or ignoring their feelings.
