-today we had a successful Catwalk event, well done everyone! -tomorrow will be presentation make up day and reflection of the Catwalk event

-today we made sushi bowls. Tomorrow we will make pancakes so please bring your equipment to class.

-today we watched the Knife Skills Video and talked about when to make certain types of cuts (diced, julienne, etc) -we made the pickled carrots for tomorrow’s sushi bowl lab so please come prepared with aprons, tupperware, etc.
